How it Works
The onboarding process begins with a free one hour consultation to determine if we are a good fit for each other. We start by signing an NDA to ensure that we both feel comfortable in the disclosure of proprietary information, and then we will discuss the basic details of the concept and any research done on the market for the project, along with any team or resource requirements for the successful launch of the final product. At the end of the consultation, we will put together a proposal and scope of work agreement based on our conversation. The next step is to determine whether a royalty and/or equity agreement is appropriate for the project.
There are 3 main branches of By3Design:
- 3D Printing as a Service: If your designs are already completed, 3D printing is the only service needed. Prices vary by product design, material used, and labor involved.
- Design Services: Design can be for full product development or for one-off custom solutions for businesses or individuals. Additionally, design services can involve reverse engineering using 3D scanning and by-hand reverse engineering.
- Product Development: We’ll incorporate any and all tools available to By3Design, utilizing our developed four-step process to a successful final product.
Our Origins
By3Design has been designing and reverse engineering parts and products since March of 2020. Our CAD engineer has been using Solidworks and Fusion360 since 2013. By3Design takes great pride in the designs and products that we produce, focusing on the details to ensure that we get the best out of any project.
