WHAT KIND OF MATERIALS ARE USED?

FDM 3D printing uses a variety of plastic polymers, including: PLA, PLA+, Silk PLA, Wood PLA, PETG, PETG Carbon Fiber, Nylon, Nylon Carbon Fiber, and TPU.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

By3Design will accept returns processed through an emailed request including detailed photos of the issue on the product. By3Design takes great pride in the quality of prints and products. If there is an issue with the product do not hesitate to reach out.

HOW LONG DOES A PRODUCT TAKE TO PRINT?

Since designs and needs of different products are drastically different, there is no way for us to guarantee a certain time frame. During the consultation and design period we will be able to provide an accurate estimate on the print time.
