RETURNS AND REFUNDS
The Small Print
By3Design will accept returns on the premise that they are faulty, incomplete, or damaged.
By3Design takes great pride in each and every part that is printed. Every part is meticulously inspected prior to delivery. Due to this if there is an issue that requires a return, please attach photo documentation of the issue at hand.
Due to the nature of CAD design there will be no return or refund offered at any time.
